4. Buyer Responsibility and Compliance

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for:

• Proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of products
• Ensuring that products are used only in lawful research settings

BYND Wellness makes no representations regarding regulatory approval or permissibility in any jurisdiction.

5. Orders, Processing, and Cancellations

Orders are processed the same business day (Monday–Friday).

Due to rapid processing, orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins.

To request a cancellation, you must contact support@byndwellness.com before 5:00 PM PST on the day the order is placed. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are only valid if received and confirmed before processing begins.

If a cancellation is approved after shipping preparation has begun, including label creation, a flat $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover non-recoverable costs.

BYND Wellness reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

BYND Wellness ships within the United States only. Orders placed for international delivery will be canceled.

Orders are processed the same business day (Monday–Friday). Carrier transit typically begins the next business day.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Carrier transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

7. Risk of Loss and Fulfillment

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. BYND Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers must resolve delivery issues directly with the carrier.

BYND Wellness may, at its sole discretion, assist with or offer reshipment in limited circumstances. Such actions are not guaranteed and do not constitute an obligation.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Orders lost due to incorrect address information are not eligible for replacement or refund.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

All sales are final except as outlined in the BYND Wellness Refund and Returns Policy.

Limited returns may be accepted for unopened and unused items in original sealed condition, subject to approval.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with sufficient evidence.

Approved claims may be resolved with replacement or store credit at the sole discretion of BYND Wellness.

10. Payment, Pricing, and Chargebacks

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment must be received before order fulfillment.

BYND Wellness reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel orders affected by errors

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Refusal of future service

BYND Wellness reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide supporting documentation.

11. Accounts

Customers may create an account but are not required to do so.

BYND Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

12. No Warranties

All products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

BYND Wellness disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
