BYND Wellness – Refund & Returns Policy

1. All Sales Final (General Rule)
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products sold, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted except as explicitly outlined below.
2. Limited Return Eligibility (Unopened Items Only)
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- Item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition
- Return request is submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- Return is approved in advance by BYND Wellness
- Item is received back in resellable condition
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Items not in original sealed condition
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products returned outside the 7-day window
- Clearance or final sale items
- Any item showing signs of handling, storage, or environmental exposure
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Failure to report within this timeframe or provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or store credit at the sole discretion of BYND Wellness. Refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders are processed the same business day (Monday–Friday).
To request a cancellation, you must contact support@byndwellness.com before 5:00 PM PST on the day the order is placed. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are only valid if received and confirmed before processing begins.
If a cancellation is approved after shipping preparation has begun, including label creation, a flat $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover non-recoverable costs.
6. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery Issues
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
Carrier transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by delays outside our control.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Claims for missing or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. BYND Wellness is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery issues, or lost packages.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Orders lost due to incorrect address information are not eligible for replacement or refund.
8. Refused, Returned, or Seized Shipments
Orders that are refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable may be reshipped at the customer's expense once received back by BYND Wellness.
Packages seized, rejected, or destroyed by carriers or authorities are not eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.
9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension or termination and refusal of future service. BYND Wellness reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and provide supporting documentation.
10. Governing Terms
This policy is incorporated into and governed by the BYND Wellness Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions control.
